Playa Flamingo is smaller than Playa Dorada but we liked it more. It was walking distance from our hotel (H10 Rubicon Palace). It is a quiet beach with plenty of sun loungers, parasols and Balinese beds. Next to Playa Flamingo there is a promenade with shops, bars & restaurants. Water is clear and you can see fish swimming around. We had seen a lot of families with kids so we assumed that I had to be family friendly beach. It looked like water doesn’t get too deep to soon so kids can play safely. There are quite a lot of smaller stones/shingle on one side of the beach and the other side is more sandy. Playa Flamingo is a lovely beach definitely worth visiting if you are nearby.
